Jan Nelson again served on the YWCA Cass Clay Chocolate Fantasy planning committee. This event benefits the YWCA Emergency Shelter for women and children in need. Special thanks to the other volunteers from HTC: Ethan Linder, Jon Benson, Kari Skauge, Kevin Wangen, and Michelle Hoppe.
Naomi Schempp and Shara Fischer attended the Great North Pole Gala. This event raises money to purchase wishes for those in need who are dreaming of a joyful Christmas.
We held a Glory Days activity where team members could dress up in their high school wardrobe. It was great to see the different decades represented! 
Our annual United Way fundraiser kicked off in October. Over the course of the month, we hosted a free-will donation luncheon, a 50/50 raffle, and a gift basket lottery. We also offered employee incentive sweepstakes. We were able to raise over $2,300!
We continue to stay informed on financial trends and policy changes so we can serve you better. Over the past few months, our staff have attended several virtual training events hosted by JP Morgan, PIMCO, and Vanguard.
