A message to our customers and associates from Brian Halverson, president of Heartland Trust Company: Heartland Trust Company is here to help our customers in these trying times. In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented the following changes:

  • Our office doors will be temporarily locked to reduce traffic.
  • Our physical office will be minimally staffed.
  • Office hours have been reduced to 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • HTC employees not at our physical office are working remotely from home. They are still available by phone, email, and video meetings.

  • Online access is still available to view your account. Please contact us if you have any questions on accessing or setting up your online account access.
